Recipes from my "Character Collection"

I'll be adding to this as new books release. Keep checking back for more!

• Here's a chili recipe from Your Saving Grace, my story of how the past can sometimes come back to haunt you in unexpected ways.

• This is one of the best potato soup recipes I know of. It's from Mary Margaret Madison ("Threemie") in Homicide, Hostages, and Hot Rod Restorations.

• And here's Layla's recipe for eggs (shared with Max) from If Not For You, my book about a free-spirited ex-hippy who falls in love with a Suit from Tieland.

• This muffin recipe is from Forgiveness, the first book in my History Patrol series. The story is about reincarnation, time travel, and shapeshifters -- one of whom is a dog who talks with the heroine, Penelope.

• Candy, Corpses and Classified Ads is a fun book about a woman whose ex-lover returns to town as the Chief of Police and his first official act is to find out who killed her husband and buried him under a rose bush (where he was dug up by a pig). These are Molly's M&M cookies.

• Here's Brilliant Disguise's Wedding Proposal Casserole. It's one of the easiest recipes I know, and one of the best.

• These brownies are just about the best (from Brownies, Bodies, & Breaking the Code).

• I love to snack when I'm on the road, and here's two snack recipes: this one with oyster crackers is from Autographs, Abductions, and A-List Authors, and this one is from Sun, Surf, and Sandy Strangulation.

•  These cookies have the world's best frosting. They're featured in Mayhem, Marriage, and Murderous Mystery Manuscripts.

• Here's a way to use up those Easter eggs: Mac's egg salad from Nowhere To Run. The recipe has a bit of kick (horseradish and vinegar). Of course, Mac has a bit of a kick, too. She's one helluva woman!
